Terms & Conditions

By booking a place in any Little Birds Academy session, you agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Spaces are limited and secured upon payment.

Session Delivery

All sessions are delivered online via a live platform. It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to ensure the child has access to a suitable device and internet connection.

Attendance

Sessions run at set times and cannot be transferred if missed. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for missed sessions.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a session is cancelled by Little Birds Academy, an alternative session or refund will be offered.

No refunds are given for cancellations made by parents/carers.

Behaviour Expectations

All children are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session. In this case, no refund will be issued.

Parental Responsibility

Parents/carers remain responsible for their child at all times during online sessions.

Educational Support

Sessions are designed to support learning and build confidence but do not replace full-time education.

Course Structure

Where sessions are part of a course or programme, content will be delivered as outlined but may be adapted to suit the needs of the group.

Online Participation Consent

By booking, you consent to your child participating in an online group session environment.
